“I have been asked to provide feedback for the insurance service I have received. I have been given no other details about which particular service it relates to. Overall communication from the insurance service is poor and this once again reiterated the lack of communication. I would be most grateful if you could provide me further details about the service. It would also be helpful to receive notification and quote for renewal in advance with more notice.”

“I loved the fact that the covering letter suggests we should compare our renewal online. I did so and unusually the combination of benefits and price made HomeProtect the best value That is literally the first time ever and shows that they, unlike others, do treat existing customers at least as well (if not better) than new customers.”
