“Good coverage for a good price, all queries dealt with in very good time, overall I would recommend HomeProtect, even though my insurance went up just over £10 a month because I upgraded my mobile phone which did annoy me slightly.”

“Very very bad service , difficult to get someone on the phone when you really need insurance . They always tell you is not covered because bla, bla , bla ........... I think one of the worse insurance in UK . Please don't do the same mistake as I did .”

“Good price, though we were given incorrect info on the set up of our policy. Granted, the circumstances were a little unusual, but I made 8 calls before it was all set up properly - I even had an email telling me to call them urgently, and this was sent in error. Another half hour wasted, listening to their awful phone line jingle!”
