“Unclear information provide when called to discuss moving home during the cooling period of the renewal,im now stung with cancellation charges up to £50 and transfer charges of £25. Avoid.”

“Very easy online application, one of very few companies who would insure our contents because my partner runs her seamstress business from home which involves customers visiting on a regular basis. Very difficult to say how competitive this company is, but on the whole they were, compared with the odd couple of companies that did quote, more competitive, offering the best terms. I’ll await with interest to see what happens to premiums at renewal date, will no longer be a “new” customer! but I will certainly give them the opportunity to retain my business. I’m hoping for a long association .”
