This is the 3rd time I've used Home Protect for unoccupied house insurance (dealing with deceased relatives' estates). Having compared with 2 other providers, I know their cover is really good and very competitive. Highly recommend.

Simple, easy and good value. Needed to add a new item at the last renewal and the phonecall was answered quickly and the process was rapid. Never had to use them for a claim but get the impression they'd be fine.

Having not made any claims for years, Home Protect has provided a simple and efficient service with Policy renewal with reasonable premium increases. So to date they have been great. Hope any claim I may have in future does not impact my views of them

Spoke direct with a very nice Customer Services member of staff and she totally understood that being on a state pension was more challenging now to make ends meet. She was aware I had been with Home Protect for a number of years and just by going through my actual needs she was able to tweak it to suit and substantially reduced my renewal premium. I am very happy, as I prefer to stay with the Company and now I can.

I am yet to get a call back on a simple claim, three weeks in had to make another call last week to chase, was assured will get a call back still waiting. I hate to think what would happen if I had a big problem, I will not be insuring with Home protect again.
