This is the first time I've used Home Protect and I was impressed with their easy to use web site. My previous insurance provider no longer covered flooding but Home Protect do and at a competitive price.

I have been using HomeProtect for many years now. I found the building insurance premium competitive and good value. It includes home emergencies covering boiler breakdown. I used this recently and was very impressed with the care and promptness of the service. In general, HomeProtect gives me trouble-free annual auto-renewal of my premium. So I don't need to worry about remembering it. I was really glad I had auto-renewal because had I not remembered to do it, my recent unexpected boiler breakdown would not have been covered and it would have been a really costly nightmare. I strongly recommend HomeProtect.

Simple application process, very competitive quotation, very quick response with policy and schedule together with follow up customer service communications. So far so good - of course until you have to make a claim it is not possible to have a rounded assessment - but pleased to date.

Very easy to fill in my information. There was a direct link to the insurance i.e. I didn't have to register etc before i found a quote. The quote was competitive and well explained. Well done

Unfortunately we had to claim for a leak in or new property only two days after moving in. The claim was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and with no problems.

I had to change from one type of policy to another. The company had a bizarre charging system; if I wanted to transfer I would have received back less than £10. However with the very helpful sales assistant we worked out I could save several hundred by cancelling and having a new policy. Right result in the end and very helpful staff. Thanks.

I had unusual buildings insurance requirements. During a protracted property purchase I had to make several calls to home protect to get quotes for changing circumstances and timetables. The customer service team helped in a cordial manner throughout the process and pleased to say my rental property is now under cover.

Watch out, I am in a serious dispute. The terms of my policy as sold clearly indicate that water escape other than fixed internal are not covered. However their claims process rejects all water escape. A very unethical procedure to take.
