“No idea if they're good on not, as I've only just paid and as we all know, insurance companies are very nice until you need them. In terms of the purchasing experience, they were absolutely fine and there were no issues there.”

“I’m a home protect customer but only out of necessity. The turn around from raising a request to quote and then gaining a policy is appalling. Don’t get me wrong it might not have been a straight forward case but the timeframe for the underwriter was supposed to be 48 hrs and it was more like a week.”

“Avoid! Wanted to cancel. Policy and the small print cancellation fees were almost the same amount as the full cost of policy! Wish had never had any dealings with them, customer service shocking - AVOID”
