“Appalling experience! Couldn't run a drinking session in a brewery. Nearly 5 hours on the phone to sort out my renewal. Changing actual quoted figures and cover in the middle of making payment arrangements. Save yourself hassle. Go elsewhere! You have been warned. If I could give them Zero that would be too generous a rating.”

“Great website We were able to secure a much more extensive cover, at 30% lower cost, than our last combined buildings and contents insurance. Unlike a lot of other search and compare websites, insurers lpolicy details are clear and in terms that anybody can understand. Compulsory Excess amounts are low and we were able to specify zero voluntary excesses at little added cost. New for old and accidental damage, such as breakage of sanitary ware, is a real bonus. All in all, a very favourable experience and saving a huge amount of money securing a great insurance at this very insecure time cheered us up a lot Many thanks”

“Spoke to advisor to ensure I had completed online information correctly . She was very helpful and corrected a couple of details I was not sure about as property empty with probate granted for sale . Thanks . Easy to arrange , reasonable pricing and good cover for empty property . Would use again. Insurance can be a complicated issue so glad we could pick up the phone and run through saved quotation.”
