“New policy schedule for 24/25 is dated a year ago (2023) and the period of insurance is a year out of date (23-24). This email asking about my renewal experience details a policy from 2 years ago (28 Nov22) !”

“I've just taken out a policy with Homeprotect. My case was slightly more complicated and couldn't be covered by a normal home insurance policy. I phoned to arrange it and found them very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them.”
