“Very helpful and explanatory customer service. Cheapest home insurance I could find. Saved me at least £300 so Thankyou very Home Protect. With the savings I actually paid my car insurance too.”

“No toilet for over 15 hours. A bath full of sewage and still not resolved. Constant phone calls and apologies but no resolution. Lost a days work today, absolutely disgraceful service. Stressed out beyond words. 😡😡😡😡😡”

“Everyone i have dealt with has been courteous, well trained and able to deal professionally with all my needs. I have not had interminable waiting ti.es and yet have never felt rushed when speaking to any member of your staff. This all seems so run of the mill but believe me , in my experience it is rare and very welcome. Keep up the good work.”
