Very very bad service , difficult to get someone on the phone when you really need insurance . They always tell you is not covered because bla, bla , bla ........... I think one of the worse insurance in UK . Please don't do the same mistake as I did .

Good price, though we were given incorrect info on the set up of our policy. Granted, the circumstances were a little unusual, but I made 8 calls before it was all set up properly - I even had an email telling me to call them urgently, and this was sent in error. Another half hour wasted, listening to their awful phone line jingle!

Unclear information provide when called to discuss moving home during the cooling period of the renewal,im now stung with cancellation charges up to £50 and transfer charges of £25. Avoid.

I didn’t get an email to tell me my policy was up for renew, first I knew about it was when the money came out my account.
