“Called to discuss changes to our policy and found the Home Protect agent to be very competent and helpful. We were able to negotiate some discount on the renewal premium and although this was still quite expensive relative to other insurers on comparison sites, decided to stick with HP for another year.”

“There was a problem renewing my house insurance because I was out of the country, unable to get back and my credit card details were out of date. I received an email from Home Protect asking me to phone to sort this out. The agent who dealt with my call was excellent. Informative, professional, helpful and friendly. I could not have asked for better service.”

“Just renewed for a second year. I usually take 4 - 5 months away and this was not a problem which I had found with other suppliers. I have not had to make any claims but feel your staff would be good to deal with should I ever need to.”

“Excellent service & extremely personal , nothing was a problem or a issue, they were fantastic, so fast efficient to get it fixed. They even phoned me after the job twice to ask if I was happy with there service & workers and I said, yes they did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves - would highly recommend your company to my family and friends”
