“I recently needed to renew my Home Insurance policy with HomeProtect but had the need to call them during this C-19 crisis. I expected to be on hold for a while but the call was answered immediately. The operator I spoke to was so friendly, helpful and able to answer my queries easily. All was resolved quickly and insurance renewed smoothly! Communication through this difficult time has also been incredibly helpful.”

“There is one marked difference between this firm and the others in the same business. I suppose it is common game all firms in business play but for a customer it is irritating and a rip off if you finally give in to their demands. After a year cover for whatever a customer has agreed to pay for a cover, when a renewal comes, most if not all firms put up the sum a customer has to pay to insure cover. Then they get away with it, either the cover is automatically renewed , or some customers could not bother looking for another cheap firm for a cover - they are too busy and pressed. This firm also demand for more but it is reasonable and I felt I would pay, I would rather not, the fair amount rather than looking and going through the whole process.”
