“An easy process online, I needed some more information & spoke with someone about a query I had. She sorted this very quickly for me, I had renewed again & wondered why I hadn’t received a renewal quote. I went to my aunty house & it was there I hadn’t been because I had a fall & couldn’t get there. The insurance had been paid twice & was sorted very quickly, the overpayment was returned. .”
