“Had Home Protect for home insurance contents and buildings, including working from home, for a few years now. We really appreciate the annual premiums not increasing significantly year on year which avoids the faff of having to change company year on year. Not had to make a claim so can't comment on that.”

“Buy Home Protect at your own risk. They use a company called Davies, who handle the claims and are possible the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am utterly disgusted with the standard of service from what is basically a service company. Claim started in June 2020 and still not resolved. I'd love for someone to contact me from home protect, so I can explain how poor the service has been. Go on I dare you. Shame you can't score ZERO stars. Please be aware if you are going to buy Home Protect home insurance then one day you may have to deal with Davis.”

“We had been stuck paying a high price for our listed building insurance.I then found HomeProtect and slashed so much off my bill - we saved over £200 in year 1. Renewal has happened and the increase was low, and was in line with inflation. No claims yet - thankfully - but i am confident they would handle those professionally too.”

“Easy to complete quote online, especially as I have some high risk items and I could input these direct as opposed to call in. Made a small error which I only noticed on printing out the policy - called and item changed without fuss. Finally, it's all written in good clear English, which isn't a given in the insurance industry.”
