“You promised a £25 Amazon voucher which I have not received. I have emailed and got no reply. I used the code emailed to me, and was a consideration when choosing this insurance. Please honour it.”

“Easy process to renew but it wasn’t simple to get the insurance originally. It’s very expensive and went up again this year. It’s a specialist package and I’m paying top dollar. I’m too exhausted to cancel it and try and get a cheaper option!”

“Relatively well priced in a small market for listed building cover. Easy to join up but was surprised and disappointed to find that having no intruder alarm is cheaper than having one. I’ve never claimed on home insurance; I guess the real test is how they handle any claims.”

“I live in a 1920 seaside bungalow, mainly asbestos outer walls,I'm please to say that it is mentioned on my policy, just incase I had a problem, It's the first insurance policy I've had to mention this in 23years the rest have always been just a verbal conversation that if I had any problem I would be covered”

“Contact was most helpful, via telephone 📞, answered any outstanding questions, instils confidence in the product which was offered. Followed by hardcopy sent. Top response for insurance change, I would recommend this company, unlike many others.”

“The person I spoke with was very precise in the details I asked him and ensured all my requirements were met. Having said this, the proof of the quality of any insurance company is if there are claims and how these are dealt with”

“I'm not a serial insurance claimer, in fact I can't remember the last time I did claim on my buildings insurance. Having said that at times there is a need to do so and having been insured by Home Protect for 2 years I called the claims helpline. They were only concerened with information that could invalidated my claim, did not request photo evidence of the damage or want to visit site. The true test of an insurance company is when a customer needs to claim for legitamate damage. If I could have given no stars I would have. My advice would to be read your documents very thoroughly. I will not be renewing.”
