“I cannot put into words how helpful the staff of home protect are. I have recently lost my husband very suddenly & was in a bit of a state about getting my insurance sorted out. The girl I spoke with was so reassuring & made me feel at ease in this difficult time . I was so impressed & got a great price too. I am very thankful & would definitely highly recommend this company .”

“We have used this company for several years. We found their price for buildings insurance very reasonable compared to our previous company and even though the price has risen each year not excessively. Very pleased with the cover offered for the price we pay. Once you receive the reminder with the amount due provided you are interested you don't have to think about it any more and you just receive confirmation of continuation. Would recommend.”

“We have used Home Protect for a number of years both at our current home and our previous address. The customer services staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. All of our interaction with the staff has been excellent and all documentation has been e-mailed and/or posted in good time. Best of all, we have done a number of price comparisons and found Home Protect to be very cost-effective.”

“Sadly, my initial dealings with HomeProtect has been less than positive. I needed new cover for home insurance and shopped around for the best deal, saving the best quotes. On completion day I started the cover and changed the date to show the start date. Unfortunately, on checking the policy it had the wrong date. Here my troubles began. Trying to get through on the phone took ages and once I did manage to get to speak to someone I was left on hold. After three calls, including being cut off it was finally sorted. It was also implied that the error was mine as I had applied online. (I was careful to change the quote to the correct date) I’m hoping the service will improve.”

“I have been with your company for 5 years now and I was glad to be able to renew again and with a 76p discount, I know it's not much but being a single person with only a pension every penny counts for me,hopefully The premium will stay the same next year and not be like most companies who increase their prices every year even when you don't claim.
