Great response when I had an emergency but disgusted they renewed the policy automatically and with no warning, quote or invitation.

I bought home insurance with HomeProtect because they were the cheapest quote on Compare the Market. No problems with them but I have not made a claim. They offer a £100 prize draw if you right a review on Trustpilot. Dont think that's very fair play so hende my review being 3 stars.

Auto renew can be difficult as HP doesn't provide the documents (and still hasn't a month later) in due time. Overall customer service is friendly and helpful.

I was able to take insurance out online hassle free, seemed to be cheapest quote I got so happy with that, hopefully that won't reflect on having to make a claim, if I have too

Friendly service but took absolutely ages to get through on the phone. I switched to HomeProtect after 20 years with another provider, I hope I don't regret it.
