“Although the premium had increased from the previous year the cover remained the same. Comparing with other insurance companies the policy was value for money and fit for purpose.”

“We had been trying for over a year to get insurance sorted and were wading through telephone talks and red tape roof inspections that were very difficult to fulfill during covid. In a final last ditch attempt I looked online and was almost immediately directed through to payment. It was so simple and straightforward, yet Home Protect demanded enough information to give me the confidence that we would be covered if need be. I thoroughly recommend for easy speed!”

“I have had to call HomeProtect on a few occasions over the past year with changes to my policy or questions on my cover. I've always spoken to friendly, polite person who has answered my queries or resolved any changes on the call”

“Never use Terrible customer services of axa .leak of Toilet for sometime .submitted pics And because of covid will not visit.made a decision on some jumped up sales man .rotted floor ,under floor amd plastic .u Dee watch all this was concrete wet through .but denied our claim”
