“i did the whole job on line. I didnt have any problems filling in the form all the questions were straight forward everything the policy included was shown .I had been reccomended to switch to Hastings direct by a friend after my own policy price had gone up to silly prices for the same thing lets hope i dont require your services but if i do im confident you will sort it out. “I’m unable to make a full review of Hastings Direct as after nearly 2 weeks, I’m yet to receive any paperwork. Nor have I received anything from GoCompare through whom I bought the insurance. The quote process was straightforward, reasonably priced and with a good choice of options. Fingers crossed all works with the final paperwork, it’s getting a bit close to review everything within the 14 days ‘cooling off’ period”
