“It wasnt clear if a hardwired dashcam was a vehicle modification or not. As such I had to phone and ask and have it noted on the policy. This call could have been avoided.”

“The staff were brilliant on the call. Great to speak to real people and UK based by the sounds of them. I just think the Youdrive app is too fussy. I braked to avoid a collision, other driver’s fault, yet it marks me down as if I have made a mistake. So annoying.”

I'm sorry to see that you've not having the best experience with the telematics policy. The Telematics team does take into account that you will have to adapt to the road ahead and that this, as well as other road users can cause you to take actions that may impact your score.

“Filling in all the details is relatively easy, but when offered to cover multiple motorcycles adding one or more to the initial policy, it's not possible to simulate the price and decide.
Adding this feature would make the online pages really 100% usable”
