“My vehicle broke down at 11.10, 12 miles from my home. Recovery truck arrived at 12.20, I was home with my vehicle unloaded on my drive at 13.35, a great service, this happened on a Friday in July, 10 miles from J25 on the M5. At this time of year in the S West, most people have to wait 3 hours, or more before anyone gets to them.”

“Never used Grove & Dean before or even heard of them . But great no hassle service and just a few simple questions about the valuation of the cars . They understand that these are not daily cars and only come out in summer time.”

“Very happy with price and cover offered, simple setup given it was an older modified imported car, which can cause issues. I had to contact and use virtual assistant to activate account on their app but all good now.”
