“things jumped in price.but when the world comes back to normal? i assume prices will fall. ps a earlier email would be nice.rather doing the acount thing not everybody has smart phones.also a one sheet with numbers and conntacts as separate in case of accident.break down.otherwise ive recomend you to quiet a lot of vintage older customers .cheers”

“Been a client of them for a couple of years amd are easy deal with, the renewal offer told me that the previous insurer could not supply a competitive quote and found one who could, it was close to one on a price comparision site, but had never come across that brand and to save a small amount was not a huge deal. So have renewed with D&G.”

“They lost my first email and attachments. In spite of asking for confirmation of them receiving the second transmission of photos and condition report. I have not heard from them since. Their communication is this poor when I am spending money with them I am concerned what their communication will be like if I have to make a claim.”

“I gave a 4 star rather than 5 star review simply because I have only just insured with them I can say my experience in arranging cover with Grove & Dean was easy to undertake ,just a matter of answering the required questions and the feed back was excellent from them . All the your information is on their own App which most companies seem to do these days.. Even easy for me to set up who is in his 80’s.”
