“Easy to use online qoute system and fast results with reasonable options and deals. The broker online chat and telephone response is fast with minimal waiting while they do there stuff which gives confidence in the future if i ever needed to call them. They also included things like breakdown cover for free and gave me the best deals overall.”

“Made a quotation with grove and dean online so after compiling all the quotes decided to give them a phone call they were not the cheapest but I made my choice receptionist had a good friendly and polite manner she took me through the normal questions that most insurance companies ask final quote was very reasonable hoping to reasonable quotes down the line in years to come— l have not made any claims for 35 yrs but fees go up year after year it’s not the insurance companies fault it’s the system you pay for the careless driver’s there should be a kind of reward system for the careful drivers who cause no problems still very pleased with grove & dean and their service”

“I would have given full marks if it were not for G&D losing continuity with my Car Insurances , one minute they're competitive, then they're not. This time they were £25 cheaper than my previous Insurer - so much for customer retention and loyalty. G&D you're going to have to work as hard for next year as you did with the current year!”
