“Loved the service from Grove and Dean. Don't like doing insurance on the computer as my husband doesn't know how to use it, especially should anything happen to me. There's always a friendly voice at the other end of the phone.”

“Very pleased with the experience overall. My only criticism would be that when I was offered a renewal after my first year with the company it seemed reasonable but I used a price comparison site to check and found a similar policy with Grove & Dean for around £100 less. Seemed odd but I obviously availed of the cheaper option.”

“At renewal Grove and Dean e-mailed details of insurance cover for the forthcoming year, comparing their recommendation against my current insurers quote they had found a considerable saving for the same benefits. Good to know they are looking after their customers interests when quite often insurers hope that a renewal quote is just accepted because of the time and effort involved in making comparisons oneself.
