“On the whole a great experience but given 4 stars as I felt the application form could be made to be more user friendly. E.g. making the cover for named drivers the same as the main driver, took forever to work out that my wife wasn't covered for commuting when I had selected it for myself”

The lady I spoke to was helpful but explained I would now have to pay £25.00 for her to do it for me. Your web sight did not explain that you did not accept credit card payment.
