I initially tried to buy my car insurance through yourselves and it would not accept my card, I have never had this issue in my life. When I called your customer services they were not very helpful and basically said they couldn’t do anything and that I would have to find some one else… in the end my husband used his card even though we have a joint account which is ridiculous. Also I have been sent numerous emails about husbands driving sunmary then I had to sign a credit agreement, I’ve never known an insurance company do this before it’s been a very long process

Arranged car insurance on line and uploaded photos of driving licences. Had to call Goskippy as they had not sent me confirmation of my (previous) NCD. Instead of adding it they sent me a hardcopy. I then received a letter telling me that I had not uploaded the driving license. I tried to ring to resolve and was then left on hold for over 10 mins so was unable to resolve the difficulty.very poor customer service

I had an unpleasant experience with Gosippy. While filling in the details online was straightforward, the payment site didn't allow me to complete the payment. I then had to call customer care for assistance, only to be charged £20 for the call. This feels like another tactic to extract money from customers. Additionally, the customer care representative was quite rude and unhelpful, even refusing to repeat information when I asked for clarification. Overall, I am disappointed with both the payment process and the customer service.

I dont like this insurance company actually. I am thinking to change it asap. Because they never give a reference, confirmation about the payment by email or before taking monthly payment. Strange. I can know when I check my transaction in my card. Its absolutely crazy silly situation

Did not like the fact they renewed automatically, 5 days prior to my policy expiry date, leaving my bank account overdrawn! But for my bank notifying me I would have incurred bank charges! Also £37.00 to change your address is rather excessive in my humble opinion.

Quoted over £650 for a renewal and got the same premium with them for £500 through moneyexpert. Customer service agent said they couldn’t match the price. What a way to treat loyal customers

I opted for this insurance as it was quite reasonable in price, However, I received an email the next day (after I had paid the down payment) and They said it was not possible to have the insurance as I am not the registered keeper. Even though I filled in the form correctly stating I was not the owner or the registered keeper. It really gets my goat when company's do this sort of thing. Now I have to wait for a refund through no fault of my own. Very Very angry.

Cheap insurance, but bad customer service. Going around in circles trying to give details for additional drivers. Unhelpful call centre staff that hang up multiple times.

The customer service I received during my initial phone call was disappointing. I was placed on hold without any indication of when my call would be answered, and I could overhear employees conversing in the background. This prompted me to disconnect the call and attempt to contact the company again.

Went with Go Skippy via a comparison site and all seemed well. Today got email asking to call them was then asked to provide details to arrange direct debit which took the guy over 35 mins to sort out. He then told me I’d be contacted by the 3rd party who provide the cover to finalise. How long does it take to input bank details to confirm direct debit, that’s half hour of my life I’ll not be getting back 😡

Being of a certain age I’m a little disappointed that Go Skippy are unable to print off my insurance documents for me. Also the credit company Skippy uses for direct debit payments are not efficient, almost resulting in duplication of payments.

Not easy to contact you by telephone when I did get though after a number of attempts. I could not understand your advisor he spoke very poor english. Nearly give up renewing my policy very frustrating experience if it was not for avery good deal. I would have done.
