Was given a quote cheaper than my renewal, so I thought great I'll get that, so went ahead only to find when I'd finished putting in all my details another £50 was added on, for what I don't know. Was still cheaper than my renewal, so still took it on , but hidden costs are so annoying when you've not budgeted for them

They Renewed our insurance in full 7 days before it's due date , called them to say I was searching for other quotes at the moment and can you refund my bank account, no problem 3-5 working days leaving our family with no food for the weekend, great 🤬

My quote was reasonably priced but having made 3 calls regarding cover changes, I was given incorrect/misleading information, and the second call (where it was agreed that the first call would be listened to, to verify the information that was given), was not recorded/noted at all! This call took place at 17:24 on 22/04/24 and lasted 12 minutes. It was a female call handler. The male call handler I spoke with on 24/04/24 could see no record of this call. For this reason it seems very unlikely that I will insure with GoSkippy next year.

Price is great, after putting all information in, the system does not accept chase bank. So I used another my policy I still do not have it

I had multiple challenges with the website getting to payment - lots of things wouldn’t compute and I wasted several hours. Got there in the end but the website was problematic.

I bought this product today not realising that I had somehow selected the roadside cover. On reading through the documents, it stated that I could cancel this roadside cover with a refund in full of the premium. When talking to an agent, I was told this cover was standard with my policy and could not be removed although the letter said otherwise. If I wanted to cancel the whole insurance policy then I would have to pay a £25 fee. Guess who wins here!

Would not except payment on line after 6 goes and than had the audacity to charge me £20 because i had to phone up to pay. Thought this was disgusting due to it not being my fault. Where has all this malarky come from where you do everything on line and get charged for phone calls.

Won’t price match . Girl was a little robotic . Paying month has a 40% APR whats is all that about ! Day like robbery . This forces you to pay annually ! Conversation not friendly and a little impersonal. Need to make more friendly if your taking my money !

I was an existing customer with go skippy for 2 years but I got a better deal for my renewal by £300 with go skippy on compare the market.com, there is no loyalty rewards for staying with them and they refused to match there own quote on comparison websites making I had to go the long winded way round to get insured.

Ok prices but a nightmare to change vehicle or reach their operating agents im a four year customer but has gone downhill imo They owe me seven months as I changed from a car to a van and they've not picked up the phone to me since obviously because they don't want to part with £250 that they said they would auto refund hint don't call their operators DO call their complaints number thats apparently now hoe to get things done

You should make it clear you don’t even offer driving cars 3rd party never not had it as an option Policies came through quickly unsure if there was anything needed doing Ideally have an alert saying please do …….

Ok, experience purchasing my insurance and coms around that. But be careful with these reviews; they get them by offering the chance to win £50,I am not sure that is ethical.

i have only just opened a policy with you so how can i make any comments on your service yes the price was ok in the current market but i just have to wait and see what you are really like a lot of companys promise the world and actually give nothing to get you to choose them. could i please have some discount or a voucher of some sort for taking the time to fill in this survey and also you should not be asking people what makes you happy when they have just joined. thank you. wayne benton-smith

My insurance was due for a renewal I rang twice to say that the price they quoted me was more expensive than on the comparison websites, not once did they offer to match or change the price. Customer service was quite rude and seemed not bothered whether I cancelled or not. They also renewed my quote without me giving the go ahead, eventually I cancelled and then opened a new policy but cheaper. Moral of the story is best thing to do is use a comparison website than waste your time thinking as a loyal customer your quote would go down or they would make an effort to keep You.

First of all no phone application in any store and no pdf file we received from your company at email It's very hard for as a customer finding our policy. Make phone application It's very easy for your customers.

Just wanted to change my renewal payment from annual to monthly. Took 30 minutes +, was cut off twice, very difficult to understand the person who seemed to pause before every instruction as if not knowing the next step .

Phoned customer service to try and tweak some aspects of policy and they put the phone down me!!!! Just be a bit more patient when I was trying to find quote reference number
