“I changed my car mid policy phoned to get my insurance changed the agent cancelled my policy then started my new one two days after the phone call therefore I didn't have insurance for two days bearing in mind I stay in Scotland I got my new car in England so had to arrange for a friend to put my old car on a trailer as I had no insurance. When I made the call fifty pounds was charged to change I had my new car a couple of days and waiting on paperwork to transfer private plates another phone call and a further fifty pounds which is unbelievable when it's only a few taps on a keyboard. I pay monthly payments and one month there was a UK problem with my bank so the direct debit didn't go through the next day I phoned and paid twenty five pounds added as it was late not my fault also on my credit file it shows as a missed payment which I remain there for a couple of years.”
