I have had my annual insurance renewal through. The quote off my current provider was £457. Like anyone looking after their pennies I did a comparison. Go Girl have quoted me £2557!! None of my details have changed. I have not made a claim. My car is 7 years old and I am over 45 years of age!

Have used Go Girl to insure my daughters car for three years without a problem. When it came to renew for the fourth year I explained I needed a few days to get a new mot for the car before committing to another year. They quoted £621.75 which seemed reasonable, the mot took a few days so when I called to renew the insurance they said it would now cost £884.84. Absolute scam

The customer service is awful all are very untrained, being told different things by each person I speak to. Refusing to give me a refund after I’ve already been told by them I can receive one but they are now refusing. There is a reason why they are one of the cheapest insurance companies that pop up on compare the market!

I would never go back to go girl insurance. My insurance was invalid from day 1 and received no refund and extremely poor customer service. Will be telling everyone I know never to use their service!

Scammers fraud Go Girl insurance plz never buy from him my personal experience I driving nearly decade with no claim bonus no Conviction nothing I trap bought online cheaper Asked me plz provide my dvla check code my driving licence the my v5 I provided all Then they think make swallow my money or ask more demand which I pay for fraudulent Ask me my employment contract Even provided my pay slip which explain my job title still no happy and no accepted Then I send my employment contract to many time what they ask for At the end even email my issue to Feedback on sabre with my employment contract for resolving my issue No heard In decades no body ask my employment contract But I still provided They think I can’t produce that documents which they swallow my money cancel my insurance or increase my premiums Really fraud people using tactics fool people never go to them

Terrible service. Will never deal with this company again. Called several times and twice waited for over 20 min for someone to respond but no luck, had to hang up. Finally got a response after several calls and they were not very helpful. They are cheap but they make their money charging you additional premiums once you are locked in.

All if this is lies. I got into an accident a day ago and the number provided for this insurance does not work they just refer you to write a claim report on the website and they still have not responded to me. This insurance company might be cheap and easy but when you get in trouble they don’t help you. It feels like a scam

Customer services appalling my son been trying to get through to them for 3 days after finishing work at 14.00 to make a payment after direct debit failed but they don't answer phones, been waiting on hold over an hour each day, always says technical difficulties if try and pay through on line account, 6 more days like this and they will cancel it and charge him more

I applied a new car insurence just 5 days before unfortunately i couldn't buy that car so i tried to contact Go girl custemer service to refund my money but no response. Very poor service.

I had insurance with you for two years, i thought i was on automatic renewal until my no claims letter arrived in which it stated that the policy had lapsed. i contacted you to see if i could pay to renew , i was told it would need requoting which i could do on line my insurance previously had been around £1600 annually i was amazed to receive a new price of £9774.00 i rang to query this only to be told prices have gone up absolutely disgraceful treatment of a customer , AVOID

I wish I could give you a zero or less rather than 1. I unsure my daughters car last Thursday and have recieved a confirmation e mail and a new insurance policy. However my daughter has been arrested tonight for no insurance. She has spent 3 hours in a police station 30 miles from where she was stopped. She suffers with anxiety and had a panic attack and stopped breathing . A paramedic had to be called out and because shes 18 the police couldn't tell me where she was. I gave all her documents that I have downloaded from your portal. So why is she showing as uninsured. Don't touch this company there a joke.

I am experiencing an unprofessional and unreasonable experience with this insurance company. No response over more than a month and all telephone lines are not working as well no one is bothered to respond to emails. A simple message saying they are facing technical fault and that too in a technologically advanced country for many weeks at stretch. Beware before you get any policy from this company

Technical issues, paid initial deposit then tried to create account, can’t, website has been saying they are having technical issues for weeks which is totally unacceptable, cannot view or try to change anything online, shocking they have had issues for so long
