Yes, cheap insurance but absolutely ZERO customer service. I am trying to change my son's policy to a full licence and NOBODY EVER answers the phone or responds to emails. I've been trying for days. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!

I miss a payment and can’t repay. Tried many times to call customer service and send few emails to different email addresses. Police is due to be cancelled after me try to contact the company for over a week now.

Buying insurance is easy an affordable but the portal does not hold the policy documents despite saying it does and there is no ability to amend anything online since the portal has no functionality beyond a policy number. Getting through customer services is almost impossible and no call waiting number or anything so can lose hours. Second time phoning and still not able to get through

We were so pleased to find younger women drivers are recognised as less problematic than some of their male counterparts - the insurance policy we took out with Go Girl was not only affordable but also hassle free to set up online. I cancelled a more expensive policy with another provider using a black box scheme because of the hassle involved in setting it up with multiple drivers.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Can't ever speak to an advisor as kept on hold for hours repeatedly listening to music and then getting cut off! Advises in recorded message to use portal to update -again the portal is useless. Emailing you get a message saying at least 72 hours! When trying to update policy this is useless. In my opinion DO NOT use this company! I will be leaving as soon as i can find a way to cancel policy! Could not communicate with them effectively!
