Absolutely awful service, cancelled my policy a day after taking it out and suffered a cancellation fee of £45 just to change, received no notification to say my cancellation had been done nor did online indicate the cancellation had worked so need to continue contacting and chasing them to sort

Impossible to talk to a human over the phone. On hold for 7 minutes then cut off, then on hold for over 30 minutes until I finally gave up. Have sent an email so let's hope a prompt response from them that way.

Frustrating Experience with GoGirl Insurance I cannot stress enough how disappointing my experience with GoGirl Insurance has been. I wholeheartedly do not recommend their services. Dealing with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. One of the most infuriating aspects of GoGirl Insurance is their customer service. Waiting endlessly in line on a call, only to never actually connect with a representative, is beyond frustrating. Even resorting to email communication doesn’t improve the situation. Every response I received was generic, lacking any real solution to my issues. It felt like my concerns were falling on deaf ears. To add insult to injury, the exorbitant bills I received were for things that could have been easily resolved with proper communication. If only I had been able to speak to a customer care representative, these issues could have been avoided altogether. Instead, I found myself burdened with unnecessary expenses that could have been prevented with a little customer support. In summary, unless you have an abundance of money and time to throw down the drain, I highly advise against choosing GoGirl Insurance. Their lack of effective communication and unhelpful customer service make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and look for an insurance provider that values their customers and provides the service they promise.

Ive been trying to cancel my insurance since Friday 6th Oct. Phone isn't answered, email reply is automated - no call back, no human reply whatsoever. And the web site doesnt work properly due to 'technical difficulties'. I no longer have to car but cant cancel the insurance. So maddening.

The claims line goes to a company called Sabre and after going through all the options the line go dead and then they cut you off Lol

I am so angry and disappointed. Due to a problem with the Customer Portal accepting manual payments, my car insurance policy was cancelled despite me reaching out before the policy cancellation deadline. Zero correspondence or cares from GoGirl. Only upside of having my car insurance cancelled, was finding another car insurance provider.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Spent 3hrs in total on hold today . Your customer portal has a fault also. I’m trying to pay a direct debit that you’ve not collected and you have the audacity to threaten me with cancellation. This could possibly be the best outcome. Thank goodness I’m not calling to report an accident. True saying you only get what you pay for!

Customer service and communication is absolutely shocking. I’ve called several times and been on hold for over half an hour with no one answering. I received an email stating that I owed extra money as the documents I uploaded wasn’t sufficient. Every time I try and contact them, calls and emails (apart from one email) there’s no answer. not the best start for a new customer.

Awful company, i managed to miss one payment and I received an email asking me to sort the payment. I have been trying for days to reach customer service being kept in a queue for 45 mins / 1hr 10mins etc etc - I have sent 3 emails asking for support on how to pay but nothing back DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!

Yes, cheap insurance but absolutely ZERO customer service. I am trying to change my son's policy to a full licence and NOBODY EVER answers the phone or responds to emails. I've been trying for days. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!

Buying insurance is easy an affordable but the portal does not hold the policy documents despite saying it does and there is no ability to amend anything online since the portal has no functionality beyond a policy number. Getting through customer services is almost impossible and no call waiting number or anything so can lose hours. Second time phoning and still not able to get through

Absolutely appalling customer service. Can't ever speak to an advisor as kept on hold for hours repeatedly listening to music and then getting cut off! Advises in recorded message to use portal to update -again the portal is useless. Emailing you get a message saying at least 72 hours! When trying to update policy this is useless. In my opinion DO NOT use this company! I will be leaving as soon as i can find a way to cancel policy! Could not communicate with them effectively!
