“Ive been trying to cancel my insurance since Friday 6th Oct. Phone isn't answered, email reply is automated - no call back, no human reply whatsoever. And the web site doesnt work properly due to 'technical difficulties'. I no longer have to car but cant cancel the insurance. So maddening.”

“Go Girl's site and connection to the search site was flawless and easy to follow. The premium was the most competitive and was the first one not to have a problem because I had a new, newly registered car - some other household insurance names enjoyed popping an extra £700 because they couldn't find the car after forcing me to go through all the details again. Also I was not heavily penalised for including my partner on the insurance (effectively £50 more than compared to the next best provider who wanted an extra c£300).”
