The price that makes one to go and get go girl insurance, too affordable and easy to access.

The last 2 weeks I have been trying to call them. No answer been waiting for up to 2 hours. I have sent emails. To get a bounce back saying they have attempted to call me. THEY HAVENT! I need to get an issue resolved, but having no luck! It's an absolute joke. What I need to do I cannot even do on the customer portal! There so called new portal is absolutely rubbish.

Website does not work to make changes and wait times on phone for over an hour and still did not get through to make a change then close at 6pm. Impossible, several times tried and still not being able to pick up a new car due to not being able to contact them . Atrocious

dire customer service - on hold for 45 mins and then cut off. Can never get through and all I wanted to do was set up a direct debit (i.e. to pay them). The online portal has no way to do this.

Poor customer service. Still waiting on premium being refunded after cancelling my policy with numerous emails sent with no response. Complaint has been made with Ombudsman.

If you want to do anything with your policy other than just be legal on the road you will soon find out why they are so cheap. I cancelled my policy over 2 weeks ago before the cover even started as the car had been written off & despite a reply from Sabre Customer Services assuring me of a refund & compensation nothing has arrived. I live in hope but not much G Barnard Policy No 666670455371

Absolute nightmare trying to contact them,placed on hold for 1hr plus gave up after 1.5hrs. No reply to emails I will definitely not be using Go girl again terrible customer service

Absolute dreadful company. You have kept me waiting hours on your waiting chinese water system. Promissed me a call back today at 12 today, its now 14.50. All i want to do is set up a new policy. This is just NOT acceptable

My insurance is due to begin today - I have no policy number but my money has been taken, I can't get through on the phone, or e-mail - I can't log-in as I have no policy number - this really is an urgent matter - useless service - would like my money back and go elsewhere

Appalling customer service, I have been calling them for over a week and have spent hours on the phone trying to get through to them following an email they have sent me. Now on day 6 of calling and over 7 hours on hold with still no reply and 2 of the lines it tells me to call dont work.

You cannot hold of anyone on any of the telephone numbers - been holding for over 2 hours I have been trying to renew my insurance policy but cannot get through to anyone to take the payment Now trying the claims line and still no answer so wont be renewing because they are clearly not available to help if you need them

Appalling service. I am not convinced there is anyone manning their customer service department. I have been ringing every day since 26th June (nearly two weeks) 3 times a day. Been on hold for an average of 14 minutes before I have to give up. I am trying to upgrade my policy to include business insurance and give you more money!!! I have had one email response telling me that it is no problem, advising the charge but then saying call us to arrange, BUT YOU DO NOT ANSWER!!! Now I’m getting generic emails saying you will cancel my policy in 7 days if I don’t get in touch 😡🤬😡🤬 Please can someone please call me or just give me a full refund and I’ll go to a proper company! Absolute disgrace!!!!!! GoGirl and Sabre, give both these businesses a wide birth of prepare to be disappointed

Absolute waist of time. Within two months of being with them they canceled my insurance without notifying me took multiple payments in one go and then said they canceled because I haven’t paid. I have sent over 20 emails and been on hold on their customer service for over 3 hours on hold without speaking to anyone. When they do answer they told me to pay online with a link that doesn’t even work. Would never go for them ever again. Complete waist of time.

Over a period of a week I made 9 calls to Go girl and was on hold for a total of two hours and not once did anyone pick up my call. Shocking customer service. I am now waiting for a refund - nearly three weeks after I first contacted them. Numerous emails have been sent too with everyone saying to contact them on a phone number that never gets answered. They maybe good value for money but this counts for nothing if you want to contact them over any issues. Everyone needs to be aware of how shocking they are.

Waiting on the phone for hours (over 5hrs), never gets answered, no updates on position. Useless. Dreadful music too, makes you think someone is answering every 2minutes or so. All we want to do is update daughters license status, she's passed her test and can't drive yet after 2 days of trying. Again useless.
