“Not a good insurance they are not helpful rip off renewal come back so expensive I need to pay more than last year a month and i have no claim even get it cheap some where else I just don’t have the deposit make me have to go with these ripoff”

“I was missing important insurance documents which i urgently needed for next morning. The lines were closed however Adam from private car policy made sure to transfer me over to Louise who is a new business manager, she helped me with my query instantly and even waited on the line to ensure I recieved the documents I had requested. I'm very satisfied with both of the operators comendable customer service.”
