Hi I’m trying to order a Yale 3 star thumb turn euro cylinder but I’m getting confused info re measuring ext/int or int/ext I require external 45mm and internal 50mm obviously internal with the thumb turn, if this is a product you have could you please let me have the product number. Many thanks

Hi, thanks for your question. When selecting a size for the Yale Platinum it shows what the internal and external size is. For example in the size drop down menu it would say 35mm int / 45mm ext. This would mean the 35mm is internal and the 45mm is the external. Unfortunately at the time of responding we do not have a 50mm internal / 45mm external size in this particular cylinder. The lower, finger operated shoot bolt has broken on the conservatory upvc double doors. I cannot see any that look exactly like mine but the measurements on one, on your site are the same apart from the length is a bit longer. I'm worried that they will not be a good fit.
