The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors.

With our knowledge and wide range of repair parts, we can solve any problems you may have with your uPVC windows and doors. Whether its a repair, upgrade or just some good old fashioned advice, we've got it.

“I needed to replace the handles on my sliding door, which had a lever and lock on the inside but just a dummy handle on the outside. They lever mechanism had broken. I found what looked like suitably sized handles by Trojan on the GBDIY website, at a reasonable price, but only pairs of each type, and not one with lever / lock and one with dummy. I sent an email with photos and measurements, and question on whether they did a set with one of each type of handle on Sunday, and received a reply from Nathan on Monday morning, saying that I'd identified the right handles for my sliding door, but that they had stopped making the "unmatched" pairs some years ago, because of lack of demand. I ordered a pair of each type on Monday, as that would still be less than £40, received an email the same day saying that my order had been dispatched, and received and fitted them today (Wednesday). These Trojan handles were good, as they included screws and spindles in three different lengths to ensure that they would fit any width of sliding door frame. They also look and feel good, and I can now open and close the sliding door. And, because the handle grips are reversible, I now have a spare pair of handles in case they ever need to be replaced again. An excellent company to deal with, helpful and efficient, plus a very good product supplied at a very reasonable price. What more could you want!”

“I was having a problem finding a replacement lock for my uPVC door. Foolishly I ordered one from GB DIY without first consulting with their expert staff. But all was not lost as when I did contact Taylor he set me on the right path and I was able to work the lock that I purchased to replace my broken lock. Lesson learned:- If you are not sure don't be afraid to ask”

“Item was dispatched very quickly, but problems with FedEx, tracking said delivery Friday, never came, had stayed at home on Friday, stayed at home Saturday, eventually turned up on Monday. So had 3 days off work because of probs with FedEx. Not GBdiy fault but annoyed with FedEx.”
