The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors.

With our knowledge and wide range of repair parts, we can solve any problems you may have with your uPVC windows and doors. Whether its a repair, upgrade or just some good old fashioned advice, we've got it.

“The GB DIY store had the item i wanted and delivered it very quickly. The item was an exact match for the Mila multipoint door locking mechanism, and was delivered very quickly. I was not aware from the store website details that I would need to adapt the existing door mechanism to enable the new lock to work (cutting a small piece of the latching area away) Fortinately I found this out on the good old Internet and it works fine!”

Thanks for sharing your experience! It sounds like for the most part we did well other than some missing details on our item page. The issue you came across is very uncommon and not something that needs to be done on most of these locks. The version of the lock you have has a slightly different arm mechanism than the majority out there and that has meant you needed to make this adjustment. We purposefully omit this from our item page as we found when we did include it, it caused more confusion as it wasn't relevant information to 99% of people looking to purchase this part. That being said, we will certainly take your feedback on board and should this become a more regular occurrence we will add this information to the item page. “Appalling customer service. Item arrived with a part apparently missing. Submitted return claim but had no response. Tried to chat online, no-one there. Eventually someone emailed me but eventually they stopped replying to our conversation before we had reached a resolution. I get the distinct feeling they’re hoping I’ll give up because they can’t be bothered to deal with it. Will be sharing this review across review and social media platforms.”

“This is a fantastic company to buy from they went the extra mile for me. I bought a handle from them, unfortunately, it didn't fit so they said send us a picture of the handle you have and we will have a look confirm sizes and see what we can do for you. I sent the 5 pictures with a tape measure and after an hour or so they got back to me and said they didn't have that type but did confirm my measurements and said send the other one back. No hassle no sales arm twisting but a willingness to help out that's what I call customer service. You guys are the best”

“Have been buying parts for my upvc doors and windows. Handles and locks etc. Extremely happy with everything. So easy and quick to return any wrong purchase. Sales got back to me straight away every time I send email for advice.”
