GB DIY Store is a family run, UK based company, which offers an extensive range of uPVC hardware which includes window handles and door handles, repair parts, tools and fitting supplies.

The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors.

With our knowledge and wide range of repair parts, we can solve any problems you may have with your uPVC windows and doors. Whether its a repair, upgrade or just some good old fashioned advice, we've got it.

“I was struggling to find a door handle for my old upvc door couldn't get the size I needed local and trawling the Internet I came accoss this company I ordered the handle mid afternoon it arrived next day before lunch and the handle was prefect fit 5 stars all round”

“Company would not answer phone to talk directly to me. Left several messages, they did not phone me back. I e- mailed them a few times about hinges I required and asked technical questions about them . They blocked my number then. Definetly would not use this company now or recommend them to anyone else to do so.”

“Upvc front door failed a few days after Christmas (Friday 2pm) and all online stores who had the part were offering delivery in the New Year that was until I came across GB DIY Store. Telephoned them to confirm whether they could get the part to me for the Next Day as I had a front door that couldn't be locked and I was going away in two day time. Dave (yes a real human) called me back which I was surprised at as it was Christmas week... and advised that he would send it 1st Class Royal Mail for Saturday delivery for £3.32 !!!. An Original Part arrived Next Morning 9am by Royal Mail and was fitted within a short time. I can not recommend GB DIY Store enough for their Brilliant Customer Service. Old Fashioned Customer Service (if that's what its being called now) is the "Only" Customer Service, if only other Companies could offer just close to what Family run companies do and the internet would be a much better place to shop. Don't waste your time looking, this Company is a Gem!!!”

“Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful able to email a pic of my very odd door gearbox and sent a link to correct product wonderful plus website has detailed measurements to ensure you can find the right product and next day delivery, the next day in the morning got me out of a tight fix straight after Christmas following my wife breaking it on Christmas Day thank you GBDIY I can go out with the dog now”
