About Gazegill Organics:

Our family have been farming at Gazegill for about 500 years and as current custodians our responsibility to continue farming in a sustainable and nature led way is very important. We have always believed that nature is never wrong and farming organically produces healthier food from happier animals within a sound ecological system. Happy, healthy animals make better food with a traditional flavour. The rare and traditional breeds that we keep are better suited to the organic system and are slowly grown, this ensures a longevity of life based around a natural approach to farming. We love them to bits, they are our extended family.

“Recently started on raw milk. I have added the cheese products too. All products received so far taste great. However, I shall be concentrating on the effects of the raw milk on my health in the ensuing months - all being well. I have found the ordering process very efficient and the few orders already made have been great. Just learned that the milk freezes well too. All good so far)))”

“I always buy lamb and beef from Gazegill as the meat is very tender, and tasty and ready to use for all kinds of cuisine. Gluten free tasty sausages are useful too for some occasions. Am just trying pork to make pork pies. I freeze the meat and use it as required, then batch cook and freeze in portions. Good quality always.”
