“Excellent service and product. We purchased a 3mx3m gazebo for use at the agricultural events we attend. It's sturdy and comes with all the health and safety information needed to pass onto event organisers for H&S considerations. The communication from Ashleigh was prompt and accurate.”

“This is the second gazebo we have ordered from Gazeboshop now (the first one being ordered back in 2017). Great service and quick turn around from the team. Also a massive help that they still had the original artwork on file from our previous order 6 years ago - meaning we didn't have to redesign the artwork again! We did have an issue with the folding table that we ordered, this was cracked / damaged in transit by the courier. However, Gazeboshop sent us a replacement the following day and collected the damaged item. Well handled by their team for an issue that was out of their control! Would highly recommend these if you need a custom Gazebo for your business.”

“Just to be transparent with future customer, I got some issue on the delivery service that being served. I made an order a couple of hours before the cut-off time (13:00PM) to utilised next-working day delivery but it won't fulfils the delivery policy and advertising. Therefore, delivery charges are completely ripe-off from customer point of view.”

As my colleague has already explained, your order was dispatched from our warehouse the same day, unfortunately all courier services have been overwhelmed and under exceptional pressure this week due to the loss of a major UK courier firm. On occasion next working day deliveries aren’t always possible (due to external factors) and this is covered in our delivery and returns policy (*next working day deliveries are not guaranteed). “We were concerned about ordering a Bongo tent as we had no experience of erecting these sorts of structures. However, Seb was amazing and talked me through it, advising me on the best tent and accessories to buy. The instructions that he sent through were really clear and helpful too. When we identified there was a part missing, Seb responded immediately, sending the missing parts within a couple of days. The Bongo tent is an amazing structure and has already been able to withstand 2 gales and a bunch of young people hanging off if!!”

“Excellent service! I got in touch with Gazeboshop on the hunt for a new stretch tent. Seb was very helpful and patient whilst I decided exactly what product to go for. Lots of questions and indecision from my end but nothing was ever too much trouble =. We have yet to use this new stretch tent but judging by the overall experience with Seb during the enquiry process, I am sure the product will be excellent!”

“Great product and service from a professional company who are quick to respond to queries. The print quality is second to none for the printed Gazebo and the Flags I purchased. The HEX40 is strong, easy to manage and has endured over a year's worth of weather so far without a hitch. Look after it and it will look after you. Recommended!”

“We haven't had a chance to put it up yet, but we love the quality of the frame and the material on the roof and sides. The service has been very prompt when we have had questions etc. The only negative would be that the two black bags that hold the frame and the sides and roof are bit flimsy. We ordered a 3mx6m gazebo so it is quite heavy, the handles feel like they could tear from the bag, already a bit of the bag tore when I added the roof to the sides. If the bags were as sturdy as the gazebo that would have been much better.”

“This Gazebo has extended the use of our patio area and has been an invaluable addition during the large events we host in the Bowling season. At the beginning of the year, it protects against chill winds, shaded shelter on the hottest of days, and an overspill changing room during large events. We have held outside social events in it, or just chilled with a glass of wine in an evening. The gazebo is easy enough for a couple of people to erect, simple mechanisms, robust enough to withstand some ferocious gales and exceptionally high quality. The staff who supplied and delivered were helpful, courteous and the cost, very reasonable. We were impressed with the team and the product”

“Our gazebo was the perfect way to profile our solar panels at the Crick Inland Waterways Show. We didn't know if we would need protection from the rain or the sun at the time of ordering. As it happened we had wall-to-wall sunshine so we appreciated the protection from the rays!”
