“A little slow of the mark but that was as much my fault as yours as my files didn't seem to send so that's not a complaint. Shaun was very helpful, good communication throughout which is key for me! He kept me updated at every stage so I knew exactly what was going on so credit to him. Quality of the product is fantastic, speed f delivery was incredible, i will certainly be buying more from you as I get the money, next up a valence wrap. Thanks for the gazebo, over the moon with it”

“From the beginning of the process to delivery I have been very impressed with Gazeboshop. Angelina looked after our order and was very professional and personable throughout, she really came across as caring for our custom. I am equally impressed with the final product especially the custom print job, it looks brilliant and will stand out in the British Superbike Paddock for sure. It's not everyday such customer service is experienced but I will have no hesitation in recommending the company to other racers.”

“item took 3 months to arrive... tried putting me in steel version as it transpired item was listed wrong on website. fair dues it was honoured but then no holdall/bag for main units had to chase, there is no paperwork, instructions, care information whatsoever. also on videos i had to search on you tube to set it up, mine is different to the compact ones on there... they wind the centre shaft up with winding handle..also the top cover/roof section is perm mounted to main unit so much easier to erect. unimpressed to be fair.”

Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback. Our apologies for the delay however you were told (at time of ordering) that stock wasn’t due in until the end of February/beginning of March. With regards to the incorrect listing on website – unfortunately the particular product in question underwent changes / was redesigned and part of this was the way the product was to be packaged. This meant that the storage bag would come in a separate package. We are sorry you had to chase us for this. To avoid this happening in future the storage bag is now packaged together with the frame (rather than two separate packages). Re. Missing paperwork, instructions and care information – again we’re sorry you didn’t receive these. This paperwork is now included in the packaging of the frame with the instructions. The video you refer to was for our Compact Steel frame which does have a wind up peak pole. Our Compact Aluminium frames however have a pull up pole – a video for this will be available shortly. Our apologies for the this. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and level of service we can. “A very good product and I have to say the best customer service I have had from any business in a long time. The phone staff were very courteous, helping me with questions about the most suitable type of weights for the gazebo, delivery times (next day!!!) and everything else. The online "chat" service was also very well done and very quick. I would highly recommend gazeboshop.co.uk for all your gazebo/outdoor needs. Excellent product, easy to use and brilliant customer service.”

“Three years ago I purchased a steel gazebo for weekly use at our local Farmers market. This is held in Bude on the north coast of Cornwall from Easter until the end of September, I can't praise this gazebo enough as we are very often battered by winds straight off the Atlantic, it has stood the test of time and weather. When the time comes to replace it I certainly will be buying another one from Pitbitz.”

“Despite a couple of hiccups, the service we received from The Gazebo Shop was amazing! Angelina treated us like royalty! She steered us in the right direction on which frame and accessories to choose based on our usage, not our wallet. NOTHING was too much effort. NOTHING was trivial. EVERYTHING was important! We already had a logo but with the help of Angelina & Simon we managed to come up with a simple yet recognisable design. I would highly recommend using The Gazebo Shop. Good price for the quality, side panels came in fit for purpose bag, instructions stitched on the bag and excellent after sales support. Our organisation will be looking to this supplier in future for replacement gazebo's.”

“Firstly, I would like to say that our gazebo is perfect and we do love it, however, the process was not a smooth one. We first enquired about a gazebo back in October, at that time the colour of the walls we wanted were not available, we were assured that they would be in at the end of the month. We purchased the order beginning of November, the walls were still not available. Our gazebo was despatched at the beginning of December, without the walls as they still were not in stock, even though there were promised and a special order had gone out for them for us. The courier they used kept saying on their website that they had attempted delivery and had left a card to say so, no card was ever posted through my door, on the day I was told they were definitely coming, I stayed in all day and evening waiting for them, checked their website and it said they had attempted delivery and left a card, this did not happen. The lady I was dealing with was very apologetic, I understand this was not her fault, but still very frustrating. The walls were still not available and this was mid-december. The gazebo was eventually delivered beginning of January, 2 months after it was paid for. The walls were also delivered, 3 months after we were told they would be in stock and available, after being specially ordered for us. We are a charity and we have worked very hard to raise the money to purchase the gazebo. Like I say, we are very happy with the product, but it has not been an easy process and quite stressful. We were given compensation of sand bags, but I feel this was not enough for being messed about so much with the walls.”

Hi Sue, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the reason behind the delay re. your sidewalls was due to raw material supply which we have now rectified. Our apologies for this. As you are aware our Sales Rep, Angelina did everything she could at the time to try and get to the bottom of the failed deliveries. She has since investigated / been in touch with the courier concerned and their response can be found below: "Angelina, I have had a 15 minute conversation with the depot who have confirmed the following. The delivery left you on the 2nd December and premises carded at 10:54 on the 3rd White framed Glass Door with pale green/blue panel at bottom. Card posted through letterbox by driver Angelina called us on the 12th chasing this @ 12:11 it was agreed this would be sent back out on 16th December. Card posted through letterbox by driver This was carded on 16/12 @ 10:24 and again reported White framed Glass Door with pale green/blue panel at bottom.Card posted through letterbox by driver Put back out for delivery on the 19th, this was carded @ 12:01 and again reported White framed Glass Door with pale green/blue panel at bottom.Card posted through letterbox by driver Admittedly Angelina was chasing this at 5pm and the Delivery depot were advised by your Local APC Depot to put this out for a Saturday delivery if this again had failed to be delivered. This request was not actioned by the delivery depot. Put back out for delivery again on the 23rd and carded at 11:00 and again reported White framed Glass Door with pale green/blue panel at bottom.Card posted through letterbox by driver This parcel was then returned back to us in Banbury and returned to the sender on 5th January. In turn you resent the item on the 5th January to this customer. This was carded on 6/1/15 @ 10:25 White framed Glass Door with pale green/blue panel at bottom.Card posted through letterbox by driver Delivered to customer on 8th January at 11:18 The driver who eventually delivered the goods was the same driver that attempted ALL deliveries to this address, has been with the company approx 11 years and remembers the address well Sorry for the delay in response, I have spoken myself to the driver to confirm all the above details are correct. Secondly I have confirmed via the EPODS (which do have trackers in them) of being outside those premises on the recorded times and dates given above." “I went into the store to check if the compact gazebo would fit in my VW EOS car and result it does, I am filled with pure delight. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. I am really excited about having this gazebo but unfortunately due to the weather and other commitments I have not had time to put it up! I have no doubt it will be easy peasy after the careful demonstration I was given. Thanks guys all your help is much appreciated. A great team and an excellent product.”

“Absolutely top drawer service - thank you so much. We were investing a lot of money into buying three new gazebos, so made a lot of requests and changes and they guys and gals at the Gazebo Shop were just brilliant. The gazebos are lightweight, compact and brilliant. The design is fantastic and looks absolutely stunning. We can't wait to get them up and see them in their full glory! I would thoroughly recommend using them - we certainly wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks folks!”
