Great product! We bought our gazebo around 4 years ago and it’s set up in our garden usually from Easter time until early winter. We recently bought a new cover as ours was quite faded with a couple of holes in (purely our fault from how we packed it last year!). We use the gazebo all the time and it allows us to sit out in the garden in typical English weather!

The help and advice given whilst arranging the gazebo was very quick and useful. The actual product is excellent quality for the price and really straightforward to put up evn with just two people. It looks striking and professional - just like us!

3x2 pop up gazebo . The gazebo is great but delivery poor as I’d changed my delivery day as o knew I wouldn’t be in . They came and left an expensive piece of equipment - the gazebo at my back door on the original day which was a day early so I didn’t get it until I returned home after 5 and due to my spinal injury couldn’t lift it so it stood in the rain until my partner could come and lift iit when he came home . Did the delivery company not read the delivery change of day ? Poor service on their part but as I said the gazebo is great .

Gazebo frame and cover all very strong. All parts replaceable. Stops constant waste of buyng new every year because of flimsy construction of most diy and garden centre products.

Really strong and sturdy. Brilliant material which will withstand wind and water. Very solid and the velcro on sides is strong and study. However quite big to fit in car and heavy to carry. Also comes in 3 different boxes which is difficult.

Great service, next day delivery as promised. The 4.5m x 3m gazebo was a struggle to get up for both myself and my wife, but after checking on YouTube we realised we hadn't unlocked the legs at the leg bases. (It didn't mention that in the instructions). We are using the leg weights 25kg on each leg,, and so far it hasn't moved. A good quality structure, which we are happy with. A great shame we can't make one here in the GB instead of China.

2x2 metre pop up gazebo with 4 individual side panels. Quick delivery, seems good quality, individual side walls fit easily so no fighting to get tight fitting walls together. Walls have excellent velco. I can put this up on my own which is why I went for the 2x2 size. Very happy with my purchase. I have one small issue that whilst the side wall with windows have hooks to hold the rolled up window covers the front door has nothing and its big and fairly heavy. This can be overcome by getting your own strapping but it's something I expected so that's a negative. If the front door came with this it'd be 10 out of 10 so it's a 9.5 out of 10 for me for the gazebo but can't fault the service, thank you.

Horrible Experience with Gazibo Shop Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the customer service and sales team at the Gazibo shop. The team was very rude, with the only exception being Claudia from the creative team, who was very kind to me. The rest of the staff either do not care or are too busy to show any concern. I am still waiting for my order and an actual update on the order lead time. The communication was very poor. Instead of assisting, they made the whole experience very unpleasant and uncomfortable, forcing me to constantly chase updates. It felt like they were doing me a favor rather than assisting a client. The entire customer service experience was very poor; the representatives were not supportive but rather rude. They failed to inform me that the lead time for bespoke items would be much longer, so forget about their next-day delivery advert online. Their creative team is very busy processing orders. For bespoke items, getting things done with the creative team took almost two weeks. We struggled to meet their DPI requirements, which kept changing from 25 to 70, and even that was not enough. Recreating the required picture in Photoshop did not help; only searching for alternatives from Shutterstock worked in the end. I feel like even writing a review will not make a difference, but I would like to warn any future customers to be vigilant. Especially if you are tight on a deadline, do not expect this company to commit to anything, as they do not care. Bespoke items are done abroad, so the lead time is 7-10 working days. Be prepared to chase for anything. I lead the sales team and am the head of marketing, so I know exactly how the process is done. Believe me, I have a very broad list of connections. My experience with Gazibo Shop will be spread online and publicly. I have never experienced anything like this in the past. I will never shop there again.

Regarding your recent order, here is a summary of the situation: - Order Placement and Artwork Submission: You ordered Print Package 6 on Thursday, May 2nd, but did not attach any artwork files. Our team contacted you the same day to request these files. - Artwork Quality Issues: You sent the artwork, but our designer found it unsuitable for printing and you were informed of this May 3rd. We did not receive any response until May 7th, and the emails received then were blank. A colleague suggested using WeTransfer for file submission, which you refused. Eventually, we received your files, but the resolution was still inadequate. - Logo Redraw and Amendments: We offered to redraw your logos and explained that we couldn’t improve image resolution. The redrawn logos were sent to you on May 8th. After your approval on May 10th, you requested further amendments to the gazebo visual. These changes were completed and sent to you the same day. Additional corrections were made based on your feedback until final approval was received on May 14th. - Production and Delivery: Your order was put into production on May 14th and is scheduled for dispatch today, May 21st, within our stated 7-10 working day lead time. Please note, we do not advertise next-day delivery for bespoke items. Our communication clearly states a 7-10 working day timeframe from order confirmation and artwork approval. Throughout this process, our sales team worked diligently to process your order as quickly as possible. Yesterday we purchased a gazebo from this company and we payed extra delivery fee. Today I was waiting for delivery. I received a message from the company that my gazebo was delivered. There was a pictures about where they delivered and the location. Unfortunately it was not my adress. They delivered in wrong adress and they put the note"received by my name". I called the company and explained the situation. Unfortunately the lady on the phone said "sorry I haven't been in the place when the driver delivered the item and is not my fault" I said I am very disappointed. I payed extra for delivery. She said sorry I can not do anything. I said can I will complain this and she decided to give me delivery cost refund. Unfortunately they couldn't resolve the problem and they will deliver my gazebo on Tuesday next week. Because of them I can not go to the event this weekend. I attached the pictures of the wrong delivery placed as you can see. I am very very disappointed!!!

To clarify, your order was placed on Thursday, May 2nd, and you paid for our standard delivery service, you did not pay for an upgraded delivery service. Due to the delay and the subsequent bank holiday on Monday, May 6th, the delivery was rescheduled for Tuesday, May 7th. Regrettably, there was then a hiccup during the delivery process, as the courier initially delivered your framework to the wrong address. However, this was swiftly rectified, and the delivery was successfully made to you on the same day. I understand there was a subsequent concern regarding a missing item, but upon investigation, it was confirmed that both items from your order had indeed been delivered. I'm so happy with my purchase. I made the purchase on Subday noght, email confuriming arrived Monday mirning and the gaxebo was delivered Tuesday begore 2pm. I ordered a compact gazebo as, at 8 stone and 5ft 3 the bigger size frame was impossible for me to lift, shift and erect. I do stalls on my own, so needed something I can manage on my own, and I was so happy that I could do this one myself (no dragging my husband along to assist). It's size also means it will fit in my car along with racks, rails and boxes that I need for my stock. I wish I had gone for a compact one first time round. I researched the weight- the frame is 19-20kg which females can lift. Love it! Thank you!

I bought my gazebo in Feb 2021 as a Covid necessity. I doubled up guyropes after a failed 2020 purchase elsewhere and with that, this gazebo has withstood every day pegged in grass, 3 years of storms etc and still stands. Well worth the money and excellent service in my first week of purchase when I needed to contact them. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
