“Phoned shop to ask about gazebos, they told me they had good stocks if we wanted to drive over, after 1.1/2 hrs driving, told they didn't have the waterproof type/model we wanted. So picked another model, took it home tried to put the 2 units together, when trying to put together it was found that would not have been able to stop water from pouring inside the gazebo. So we drove back again and was told that we had not been given all the extra bits needed to put 2 units together properly so water would not leak inside the units. So we then upgrade to a single same size as the twin units gazebos, but only to find when we got back home that it took 4 people to pull this unit up into position. The sales person we had didn't really know his job or offer any good advice, so be aware to ask about everything if looking to buy.”

“Really great product. We're using it as a temporary shelter for our builders to chop wood outside and they are thrilled... Seriously robust and I can highly recommend the Gazeboshop. They have a showroom too where you can visit and see what your buying! Amazing. Learn from me, the cheap Gazebos from elsewhere are cheap for a reason!! One gust of wind and they bend”

“Very pleased with ordering the first gazebo, excellent customer service from Angelina Gibson. As we wanted lettering on the gazebo for the church, we had lettering smaller that the usual commercial advertising, so we keep decreasing the size until we were happy. We then ordered two more of the same 3m x 3m gazebos, and at our August bank holiday flower festival, the gazebos were wonderful for the stallholders and visitors all admired them. They are very well made and easy to put up. Excellent service and products.”

“Visited their showroom and was shown around by Craig, who was exceptionally helpful. We had custom printing and the proofs of the layout that we had provided were received in good time. Delivery was prompt and on time. Initial erection needed some clarification and we were talked through this by Luigi. Top marks for service and product quality.”

“The quality of the gazebo my company bought is high standard. I had a delightful team member called Craig who was always polite and helpful when dealing with by email and phone. They pushed an urgent order out for us and got we received it in time for an important event. Highly recommend.”

“I had great service from the minute I called to order my gazebo to sorting out a problem. I had a problem with one of the legs collapsing due to a clip not locating properly. But a quick call and I had 2 replacements sent. Unfortunately it still didn't work so I was sent a new leg assembly which has worked. So can't fault the service.”

“The service was excellent & although we had a problem with one of the canopies after a couple of months,I contacted you by email & Luigi got back to me by phone & organised a collection/replacement asap. Thanks for the help & I will certainly purchase from Gasebo shop should I require any more canopies.”
