“I have been using Gatwick Car & Van Rental for several years now. They are excellent, the absolute best car rental agency I have used anywhere in the world. Always customer focused, honest, caring top notch service and great vehicles matched to meet customer needs. Rarely do businesses remember to treat others with such kindness and it is evident from my personal experience to the way all employees treat each other and their customers.”

“Flew in as a single older female from Australia, great guidance and service from beginning to end. No man-splaining, no add on’s, just brilliant honest service. And I got a ride back from the boss to my hotel after I dropped the van off, I didn’t even ask and he said he’d drop me off, in rush hour too! Brilliant. Thanks guys.”

“Service was excellent and efficient. All the staff I had contact with were courteous and helpful. I have used Gatwick Car and Rental a number of times and they are one of the reasons why I prefer to fly to Gatwick rather than Heathrow. Rates are competitive and my deposit refund was processed promptly.”

“This is the best place to rent a van. Wide selection of modern vans to suit all needs, competitive pricing and efficient communication. Best of all, however, is the opening times - I was able to pick up the van on Sunday morning and return it late the same day. With other companies this is simply not possible. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“You can always judge the quality of a business when things go wrong! We booked a car and had to cancel as we couldn’t do the trip. All refunded no problems. Booked them again for this year and couldn’t fault the service provided. Answered all my questions before we booked. Delivered our car to us at the airport and dropped us off at the end of the hire. Very accommodating to our needs.”

“I had been using another company for a year until they let me down. Luckily I came across Gatwick car and Van rental. They have been amazing help, nothing is too much, very competitive prices. And the staff constantly go out of there way I honestly wouldn't use anyone else now. I use them nearly every weekend for van hire.”

“We have been using Gatwick Car and Van Rental for several years now a few times a year at times for both short and long periods. All of their staff are very professional yet friendly and warm each time we hire a car. Very easy to pick up and return cars with minimum waits time and queuing. “I needed to hire a van at the last minute. Gatwick Car & Van rental were still just open and were able to hire me the van. The hire process was completed quickly and efficiently. The van was amazing! It was brand new - 160 miles old. Brilliant to drive and more than sufficient to complete my task. It was a shame that I didn't have more tasks to do with it!”
