“Great experience renting from Gatwick Car & Van rental! They were friendly, super responsive, and extremely helpful. We end up arriving 3.5 hours late and they were still able to pick us at the airport. Got a new car (~5k miles on it) that drove well and t a great rate. We were able to alter our rental period with no penalty. We did slightly scratch a wheel (most likely a curb) and were charged a nominal damage fee ($75). When we returned the vehicle they were kind enough to take us to the nearby train station. I highly recommend renting from them vs the big companies. Not only do they have great cars and rates they have EXCELLENT customer service.”

“We hired a vehicle for 28 days and found the staff friendly and helpful, the vehicle worked perfectly and was the cheapest option for our trip of the UK and Ireland. We travelled at our pace, taking the vehicle on the ferries and Gatwick worked with us to ensure the deliveries and return of the vehicle went smoothly. I will defiantly be using Gatwick again and recommend other to also, great value for money.”

“First time user, picked up my van at Heathrow T5. Dropped off at T3. No problems at either end. I even added 6 weeks to my contract hire. Will definitely use them again. A pretty hassle free way of hiring a vehicle.. 😁”

“Very helpful staff ,the cars are very clean and well looked after. The price was as expected, less than a lot of other car rental places With no hidden costs , I collected the car from them ,although they would have dropped it off for me, and they were very polite and professional”

“Rented a van at very short notice. Very easy process both picking up and dropping off. They let me leave my push bike there which was convenient. Polite and friendly people. Second time I've used them and will do so again.”

“Vehicle pricing and quality of vehicle was excellent. Only reason giving 4 stars rather than 5 was that we had not been advised that the office would be closed on the Monday we were returning the vehicle so we were a little unsure where to leave the car and had to arrange a taxi to get back to the airport which we had not expected to need to do.”
