“We have recently rented a car for two weeks and am very pleased with the service from the team at Gatwick Car & Van Rental. From my initial contact with Ad, Raz and Alex to make the booking and get the car, they were all extremely helpful. The cost of renting through them is much better value than the car hire companies at the airport. We booked the pick up/drop off at the airport terminal and this worked brilliantly. Raz left us back to the airport and even gave me a pound coin to get a trolly. Thank you Raz, I will give your pound back to you the next time I'm in Gatwick and renting another car.”

“Fantastic car hire service, very simple and straightforward to collect and drop off the car. Car was in great condition. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Prada - who picked us up and dropped us at Gatwick - was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend”

“Great car rental company to deal with from start to finish. We’ve used them twice now, they’re great value, communicate promptly and clearly, and have always rented us excellent vehicles. There are a few dodgy car hire companies out there so very pleased to have found such a reliable one.”

“Excellent service, pick up at Airport, out of hours drop off and provided taxi number to return to airport. All faults on vehicle shown on photos and checked on pick up along with fuel levels. Our £250 deposit was refunded to our bank the day after the rental ended, even though this was a Saturday. Best service on a rental for a long time.”

“I really appreciated the personal touch from Adnan and Ras and the great advice … especially when I was asking for a car when I clearly needed a van … which saved me a lot of money too! They are now my ‘go to’ Company when I’m in that area.”

“The team at Gatwick Car and Van Hire always go above and beyond to help. Nothing is too big an ask and they are always on hand to answer any questions and assist. Their customer service is faultless. Their pick up and return process is always so smooth and quick. We have used GC&VH several times now when visiting family in the UK and they will always be our preferred company for car hire.”

“We rented a mini van for 9 people. Everything was according plan. Nice and friendly staff that were very helpful from the moment we first hired the car. They picked up us at the airport and drove us to the trainstation when we came back. Nice car and really good service.”

“I received a First Class Service from.Gatwick Car & Van Rental in July 2022. I needed a van at very short notice and was provided with a as new condition, very clean Ford Transit Custom. The staff were friendly, cheerful, welcoming and efficient and showed a relaxed sense of humour. All.paperwork was carried out efficiently and the insurance and terms of hire were clearly explained. Thank you.”

“I was referred to Gatwick Car and Rental by my brother who has used them several times. I wasn't disappointed. I did a lot of shopping around before my trip and the prices for rental vehicles in general are outrageous at the moment and here is no different (of course they are driven by market forces like all other companies). However, given the quality of the vehicle, the meet and greet service, the 'real' person you can call and speak to, and the ease of the WhatsApp communication, I actually came away feeling like I was getting a reasonable price, and will absolutely be using Gatwick Car and Van Rental next time we visit the UK.”

“I've been using Gatwick car & van rental for a number of years, be it short notice turning up the same day or booking in advance they always meet the high standards needed.. They're a professional local business, That go the extra mile unlike other big rental companies what you may come across!
