“I reveived my order and the box of the game was damaged but the shipping box was fine. I flagged the issue and was told they were going to make a claim with Royal Mail and I would have to wait 4 weeks for a response. I really don't feel that I as a customer should have the bear the responsiblilty of shipping issues on behalf of the company, especially considering that the shipping was clearly not the cause of the damage.”

“I was pleased with the product and the turn around time. I found ordering online and collecting awkward. There was an issue getting through on the phone and honestly it felt a bit weird. The shopkeeper ended up coming to the door but I was waiting a while in the rain. It would be nice to have a short collection window for people who don't want to call, or even just a doorbell. I know the collection set up is being trialed. I'd definitely visit again if I could shop normally, and I'd probably order again if the phone issues were sorted.”
