“Cannot fault Boiler Plan in any way. The initial consultation was fantastic, informative and very thorough. The 2 lads who installed the full system we had were amazing. Lovely lads (James and Jon) who worked their socks off from arriving til they left at 9.15pm. The system looks great and is working faultlessly. This will be the first winter for 4 years that I won't panic every morning that my children will be cold because of an ancient system! Nothing was too much of a problem for the lads, they were outside grafting in the snow and ice, they even left us a smiley face in the filler from the old vent in our kitchen which we've left for comedy value ?? Highly recommend Boiler Plan UK to anyone, thankyou.”

“I was blue til i found B.Plan on a google search. A prompt response to my urgent call brought a courteous chap round to assess the job and give a competitive quote. It was a tricky job, involving different aspects which were solved with a minimum of fuss or mess by a competent technician who had the job done with time to spare. A quality boiler is now giving me all the hot water i could wish for and providing an economical solution to my heating. Top marks all round.”

“Boiler Plan UK were outstanding in every aspect of the service they delivered for us when we needed our boiler completely replacing. From the survey engineer who came out and realised how complicated the job would be to the fitters who came and installed the boiler, every one was professional, on time and delivered and excellent service. The sales staff on the other end of the phone appreciated our needs and really worked hard to deliver. Katie even arranged an electrician to come from the other side of the county in order to complete out job on the day we'd arranged so that we wouldn't have to wait. I would have absolutely no reservation in recommending Boiler Plan UK to anyone looking to replace their boiler.”

“The contractors arrived on time, put carpet protectors all through the house and were really professional and polite. When they had finished, they explained how everything worked and cleaned and tidied up after themselves. Really impressed.”

“From inception to completion a magnificent effort and as perfect a job as possible considering the difficulties. Graham was absolutely key for his knowledge during the sales phase. During the execution of the work Rick and Ryan (18 years old!) were impeccable on the task. We have never seen a teenager work so hard! Ricky was also very good and knowledgable of how to complete the job. New boiler and full repipe of the house and extension (11 rads). They started at 8am and after some discussions and planning, worked tirelessly non stop until 10.30pm to complete the main job! Their dedication and motivation is unseen in this day and age! True star performers. The extension was finished the next day. This was easily a 3 day job finished in record time. I have no hesitation recommending or referring them all. A Credit to any company. “We have just had a Worcester Bosch boiler fitted and would highly recommend Boiler Plan to anyone looking for an installer. From the initial visit from Graham right through to Tony and Paul fitting the boiler, our experience has been one of top class efficiency. Nothing has been too much trouble for any of them. Graham has been contactable throughout and the fitters worked really hard all day to get the job completed. They were tidy, pleasant and respectful taking care not to damage anything as they moved between our cellar and attic eaves to complete the job. Communication has been great throughout and the office staff were friendly and pleasant. Lastly, in terms of price, we had numerous quotes and Boiler Plan were very competitive. Great Job :)”

“From start to finish, survey to installation, the team were professional and polite. Graham and Jamie worked with minimal fuss ensuring installation was quick and clean. Ian was very informative at the point of survey, Katie and Sarah were lovely to deal with in the office for payment and follow up. “Great service from start to finish. Sarah arranged the survey at the start of the process, she was very friendly and knowledgable. Graham then visited my property and gave a very good quote on new Worcester Bosch combo, again he was very friendly and knowledgable. The install was completed by two engineers who were very good and professional, they did a fantastic job. Great peace of mind knowing that I have a new boiler with a ten year warranty. I highly recommend Boiler Plan, they beat previous quotes I had and did an amazing job.”
