didn't see that terrible customer service before ! agreed an appt for the quote boiler installing at 2pm today. the engineer did not attend. rang them, say at 3. did not attend at 3. then rang them again at 3.30, she's just teasing me. avoid at any cost !

Wow What a perfect gentleman. Mathew attended to fix my issue with my gass call timer. It was showing 0 centigrade. It was sorted in no time. Really cheery guy. Happy to help. I'm very pleased with the services.

Rude staff who got angry at me for asking then to repeat the question. I'm 80% deaf so I struggle to hear. At the end of the call I cried as I felt so belittled.

From initial contact from Melissa to arrange appointments, survey video call from Sam and on to the installation of new boiler cannot fault service from Gas Call and local Glasgow gas engineers carrying out the installation. Feel it was a fair price for new boiler also including a new Hive thermostat.

The whole team from receiving the first phone call, then the initial quote through to fitting were a pleasure to deal with. Our boiler had broken and we were without heating and hot water for 12 days which was stressful. Gas Call Services were prompt and efficient in arranging our new boiler and the fitter was very professional and left our home clean and tidy. They are a lovely, friendly team and made a stressful time much easier with their professional service. Everything was dealt with very quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use them in the future.

My local council uses your service I had someone come along at the end of January to look at the job then they came back a month later I'll we need a part and a month later you still haven't been back to do the job a part I am looking at now on eBay apart that is in every plumb centre but some reason your company takes over a month no wonder you've lost the contract and swaleheating as one it back your company is dog's muck covered in puss and puke

The support and care I received from Sam England was TOP NOTCH! He was so patient in explaining the options I had with the problemi with my boiler, he made himself available, should I had additional questions. He went the extra mile, finding a suitable boiler for me at the last minute when the supplier wasn't going to delivery the one originally ordered. He kept me informed with courtesy, helpfulness, care and surely a smile on his face. Thank you Sam, you really made a difference for me! All customer care staff should behave like you did. Worst customer service dept of all times. Total and utter ,rank ,abusive and unhelpful woman on phone. Threatening , abrubt and completely unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs. One star review almost too generous.

Gas call have been outstanding. With EDF/D+G and this company have been professional and courteous. Had an issue with another company that D+G sent out which is being rectified by Gas Call. The plumber is located in my city (Bradford).

Our boiler broke so was without heating and hot water, i was contacted by Gas Call the day after and they arranged a telephone survey really quickly, Umar was very helpful and we got the new boiler not too long after that. Very efficient and very happy with the service, everyone i have dealt with is polite and helpful

Have had to have an engineer out 3 times since installation now have no hot water or heating again and am 75 years old! Very poor service

Hello Mr Taylor. Thank you for taking my call yesterday, it was great to speak to you. As discussed, some systems do take a little time to settle down or require attention post installation, which is why we have engineers available to respond. In this instance our engineer visits were for alternate issues rather than the newly installed boiler and hopefully these have now been resolved. As promised, you should have received my email. I hope the information I have provided helps to reassure you the boiler is fit for purpose and I hope the supporting literature helps to you to understand the system, educate how to use the controls and increase the pressure. Gas Call were very easy to deal with. The people in the call centre kept me informed about the timings and although it took some time to locate a boiler, I was kept informed. My only criticism is that it does not seem very efficient to send an engineer from Liverpool to do an installation first thing on Monday morning in Amersham, which must be nearly 200 miles away.
