We fully appreciate your organisation and the efficiency of your empolyees in all departments. The boiler as promised was installed within 5 days from date of order. The engineer attending, Phil was polite, extremely efficient and completed the installation within a day, leaving no mess. Slight teething problems after the installation in that three radiators downstairs failed to work 100%. As of two days ago a further engineer and manager, Mark attended and in less than an hour balanced the radiators which are now working satisfactory.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from James England who helped me to source the right boiler for my house and also a fantastic engineer (Chris Storey) who came to do the installation and did a really professional job, which required a full system change and went the extra mile! Would highly recommend Boiler Plan to anyone.

After your error on the first visit which caused work to stop before it even started a return visit the following week went out well, despite an additional £200.00 charge. Sustem works well now.

Waste of time booked them 4 times for boiler service couldn’t be bothered to turn up or get in touch wasted 16 hours of my time on waiting in . When I phoned one bloke said they have the best heating service engineers in the north east what a joke he never turns up . Got an engineer from another company he came straight out only charged £50 lot cheaper than these lot

Awful experience with this company, I called them 6 times to try to arrange my annual boiler service and they never had an engineer next to where I live. At the end I had to call another company because I was just wasting my time with Boiler Plan UK Ltd. On top of this, they refused to give me my money back even when they had not provided with the service I was paying for. So, I wasted time and money. I will never deal with this company again.

I had my new valiant boiler fitted. They have sent one engineer to install it. It took him half a day to install but there were a lot of issues the way he installed it. It is visibly wonky. Used plastic pipes and were sticking out of the property. Not really happy but I thought those were only the problem. After a week when I had my gas safety check. It failed. I had to call them again right away as our new tenants have to move that week. The response was slow and in the end they escalated it to their regional manager and sorted it out. But that has caused me a lot of stress and lost money as the tenant were not able to move because of the problem. Up until now I have not received a reply about my referral bonus and my query about the 10 yr warranty. I spoke to Valiant and they said online it says 2 yrs warranty only because the extended warranty of 8 more yrs should be applied by Boiler Plan. Poor customer service.

Had a Worcester boiler fitted in Nov 2020 Everything ok till 3 weeks ago when Lyric thermostat started playing up. Reported this only to be told thermostat is not covered by guarantee, only the boiler. I was offered the services of a fitter at a fee of £80.
