“Very professional service with a friendly engineer who cleaned up after himself. There was a slight hiccup with the installation and he had to come back next morning to resolve which took him 10 minutes tops. These things happen and it wasn?t a problem. I would definitely recommend.”

“Very efficient, removed all old tanks, immersion heater and pipework. Made sure all radiators worked and freed blockage from 2 radiators. Finshed in 1 day.”

“Installers contacted me on prearranged day, to be fair they let me know they were running late. The install was not a straight forward one (back boiler to combi ) but the guys (Jimmy 5 stars and his trusty mate) made short work of it they were booked for 2 days but with my agreement they worked late and completed it with little mess and a professional finish in the one day. Since then ( 2 months as now) we have had no issues! Thanks to all who we dealt with including the guy who came around the give us the quotation, he too was professional and not in the least be pushy ! I would have no problems in recommend boiler plan UK or using them again ! Many thanks once again !”

“Wow! Absolutely perfect right from the very beginning. Video survey (which meant i didn?t have to wait in for someone - brilliant service), good price and decent monthly payments. I was booked in for just over a week away however when i explained to them that my current boiler was actually completely broken they fitted me in within 48 hours! The fitter text to let me know when he would arrive (and he was on time),. Really pleased with the whole service and very highly recommend ??”

“Very good service throughout, the engineer that came was a very clued up young man and with us having a 4 month old baby in the house wouldn't leave until the boiler was up and running so thanks for that . Would defiantly rrccomand this company”
